Design by the Hour
Quick Consultations lasting 1-2 hours in length.
Home walk-throughs with tips and ideas. Tweaking what you have without a major design makeover.
Flat rate $60/Hour
Do you have a good idea of what you want, but just want to go through it all with someone? Or do you have no idea where to start and want someone to walk-through and help you determine a focus. Design by the hour can be adjusted to suit a variety of your design needs and is a flexible way to begin the process. It’s also a great way to add-on to other services if you want to extend a project beyond it’s original scope.

Colour Consultations

Starting at $60/Hour with packages available for multiple rooms/full home
As a certified True Colour Expert, I have learned techniques to select the perfect paint colour for any room based on colour undertones. I can help you work with your already existing furniture and finishes to choose a colour that works with, rather than fights against, the pieces you will be keeping in your space.
I have also taken a True Colour Exterior Colour Palette course and am able to help you select the right paint colours to work with your existing exterior finishes.
Single Room Full Design Package
Digital Inspiration Boards. Room Layouts.
Paint colours. Floor and wall finishes. Furniture, decor, art sources.
Starting at $350/room
This is a full and complete design package for a single room in your home.
The design package includes an initial meeting (1-2 hours) to walk-through your space and discuss your needs, hopes and dreams for your room. Notes, measurements, and photographs will be taken during this meeting. There will be a follow-up questionnaire to help articulate your specific design style and style direction for the space.
Next, you will receive a design plan with a digital inspiration board. This will include a layout for your room as well as links and sources for all furniture and decor suggested for the space.
Design changes may be subject to additional fees based on the extent of changes requested. Styling and decorating services may be added on to install the design plan based on the flat hourly rate of ‘Design by the Hour”.
Multi-room or Whole Home Design Packages
The same as the Single Room Design Package, but for multiple rooms in your home. Also available for a whole home new build.
Paint colours. Floor and wall finishes. Furniture, decor, art sources.
Package Rates will be developed based on the scope of the project.
This is a full and complete design package for multiple rooms or a whole home.
The design package includes an initial meeting (1-2 hours) to walk-through your space and discuss your needs, hopes and dreams for your room. Notes, measurements, and photographs will be taken during this meeting. There will be a follow-up questionnaire to help articulate your specific design style and style direction for the space.
If this is for a new build, then the floor plan will be viewed and discussed and we will work from the ground up.
After the initial meeting, you will receive a design plan with a digital inspiration board. This will include a layout for the various rooms as well as links and sources for all furniture and decor suggested for the space.
Design changes may be subject to additional fees based on the extent of changes requested. Styling and decorating services may be added on to install the design plan based on the flat hourly rate of ‘Design by the Hour”.
Renovation Plans
Kitchens, bathrooms, whole homes.
Use of space. Construction details and plans. Kitchen and bathroom layouts.
Pricing based on scope of project.
This begins with a free initial consultation where I meet with you and walk-through your home to assess the scope of the project. No advice or tips will be given during the consultation; this is an information gathering meeting for me.
From this, a project scope and price will be generated. You may then decide whether to proceed with the Renovation Plans package. It may be an extended version of the Single Room Design Plan, or a Multi-room home design plan, or something else entirely based on your needs and wants.
Styling and Decorating
Furniture. Decor. Textiles. Art installation. Making it all work together.
Pricing based on the hours required for decor installation.
Flat Rate $60/Hour
You’ve got all the things. All the decision are made. But where to you put it all? How to you make it work together and flow the way you want?
That’s where I come in with my styling and decorating services. I turn your space from okay to magazine-worthy with my placement of furniture, art, decor, and textiles.
Staging Homes for Sale
Making your home show the best it can for potential buyers.
Plans may include updates as well as decor, styling, and staging services.
Scope of project will be assessed after the consultation.
This begins with a free initial consultation where I meet with you and walk-through your home to assess the scope of the project. No advice or tips will be given during the consultation; this is an information gathering meeting for me.
Next, a project scope and price will be generated. You may then decide whether to proceed with the Home Staging package or not. This may include paint recommendations or updates to do. Or it may just focus on furniture layout, decor, and styling. Each project will be assessed based on the needs and budget of the home-owner.
